We can take care of all of these details so you can focus on managing your subcontractors and meeting project deadlines.

What we do 

• We begin with a design consultation and walk-through of the plans or job site.  We determine the demographics of your market and price level standards for the neighborhood and location.

• We understand the trending looks. We can provide finish and material selections for paint, tile, flooring, lighting, kitchens, and custom millwork, that connect with buyers and allow your property to stand out.

• Collaboration. We’ll work with your preferred vendors or we can recommend ours. Our design library is always current, keeping in mind your investment and final aesthetic. Our turn-around time for selections is quick, usually 1 week, so your project stays moving.

• We provide furniture and accessories sourcing and installation for Model Homes and Rental Properties.  Check out our Staging Service for details.

How it’s done

Initial Design Consultation 90 minutes

After the initial consultation, design services will be billed on an hourly basis. A typical 2000 sq. foot space will take about 6 hours for finish selections and specifications.

We also work directly with your buyers, you can specify the number of hours you want us to spend with them selecting finishes.  We require 4 hours minimum billed.
