What we do 

• We begin with an initial design consultation.  We’ll discuss your needs, assess the property, and review your market.  We’ll talk concept, layout, and what you might need to prepare the space for short term rental or open house.

• We’ll develop a plan of action with ideas for concept, furniture and amenities.  Within about 3 days time, You’ll receive  a proposal for our design and installation services and a budget for furnishings and amenities. 

• Once approved, we get to work. We’ll source, select, and provide specifications for finishes and furnishings. Utilizing both retail and trade resources we consider all avenues of cost efficiency to bring you the greatest return on investment.

• Then we install it all. We deliver and assemble purchases, style and stock amenities. Providing those extra touches and details to be ready for the first guest and get you those great reviews.
